Open Positions and Requirements
IMPORT DESIGNER ASSOCIATE
• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion design required
• Basic knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good command of English (able to communicate effectively with buyers & Developers)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
IMPORT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
• Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Bilingual in Korean & English preferred
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Lulu’s experience is plus+
IMPORT DESIGNER
• Minimum 5 ~ 7 years experience in fashion design required
• Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments
• Good command of English (able to communicate effectively with buyers & Developers)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Lulu’s experience is plus+
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Handle show & e-commerce orders
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is plus
MARKETING ASSISTANT
• Experience in operating e-commerce platforms (FASHIONGO, FAIRE, AMAZON, ETC)
• Basic proficiency in graphic design with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Manage social media platforms by creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional newsletters and client outreach.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
• Assist in organizing trade shows, pop-up events, and industry exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
•Maintain and update the company website and wholesale website, product updates, and promotional banners.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials such as lookbooks, catalogs, and digital ads.
