1. AR & AP Supervisor – Bilingual Korean Required (Apply) Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Serve as subject matter expert for accounts payables, purchasing, accounts receivables, accounting system modules, and policies
• Prepare, maintain, balance, and analyze financial data related to AP/AR
• Receive, research, and resolve a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning AP/AR issues, processes, policy, procedures, and account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to the appropriate parties
• Review and approve journal entries for accuracy to ensure the integrity of the general ledger
• Review the monthly AR aging reports and generate monthly customer statements
• Review and approve credit memos, process AR corrections, and review and post AR cash receipts to ensure the integrity of the AR subsidiary ledger
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Review and approve vendor payments by check, wire, and ACH
• Maintain all AP reports, spreadsheets, and files
• Ensure all negotiated vendor payments are paid in accordance with the contract
2. AR & AP Specialist – Bilingual Korean Preferred (Apply) Pay Range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and coordinate with collections department
• Review and analyze accounts receivable aging
• Participate and assist Accounting Manager in routine accounting functions, including inventory, data entry, and bank reconciliations
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Run and analyze business and personal credit checks for clients to determine eligibility for monthly payment plans
• Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
• Create sales orders and prepare client sales invoices
3. Logistics Coordinator – Bilingual Korean Preferred (Apply) Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule shipments with freight carriers based on product availability and customer requests
• Work with other coordinators to ensure orders are being processed effectively and on time
• Confirm important data and verify information accuracy on various shipping documents
• Coordinate special shipping requests with the warehouse team
• Follow up with vendors for shipping issues and discrepancies
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries (e.g. UPS, FedEx, Freight)
• Assist with purchasing and inventory or supply management
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders
• Respond to logistics-related inquiries from other departments
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits and inventory counts
4. Project Management Intern – Bilingual Korean Required (Apply) Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Support the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate project tasks and resources, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
• Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Help prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support budget tracking and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and resource management.
