Grade & Gather is an up and coming brand based in Los Angeles looking to add new faces to our growing team. We are looking for people who are quick, self motivated, and able to take direction.
DESIGNER 
- 3+ years of designer experience in young contemporary field.
- In charge of one line of the brand, cooperating closely with the sales and production team.
ASSISTANT DESIGNER - 1+ year of designer experience in young contemporary field.
- Handling a portion of design projects with the team.
- Able to communicate with vendors in China (in Korean and English)
PRODUCTION - 2+ years experience in fashion production required
- Managing all production process and able to achieve the required quality control
- Able to communicate with vendors in China (in Korean and English)
- Knowledge of N41 preferred
SALES - 1+ years sales experience in the apparel industry required
- Managing all sales processes and being able to achieve strong relationships with buyers.
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge of N41 preferred
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE - A friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle incoming inquiries/requests from customers and help with their orders
- Must be fluent in English
