Job description
Summary: Los Angeles Pacific College is seeking a creative individual to join the marketing team and develop marketing strategies to recruit students. With the support and guidance of the Director, the candidate will manage recruitment and marketing for Los Angeles Pacific College and be the primary contact for third parties.
Recruitment
- Promote the school to prospective students and parents face-to-face and in writing; respond to inquiries.
- Conduct several recruitment trips to regional and local high schools per academic year, as the recruitment schedule allows. Represent the program in online college fairs and webinars.
- Plan and host events for community exposure and outreach.
Marketing
- Contribute to ways to increase applicants' number, quality, and diversity.
- Monitor social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage online advertising campaigns to increase awareness and the school's online presence.
- Participate in producing written materials/communications for program marketing, including large email campaigns and distribution of brochures (both print and email formats).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience implementing marketing strategies to build lead generation, preferred.
- Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or related field required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience using Google Ads and Facebook Ads, preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
Pay
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Summary: Los Angeles Pacific College is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative support duties for senior administrators in different departments. The position requires the candidate to use a considerable degree of discretion and sound judgment.
Responsibilities: The Senior Administrative Assistant will:
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, agendas, procedural guides, tables, reports, bulletins, flyers, brochures, and other publications using various software applications.
- Compile information from various sources and prepare summaries and reports for the supervisor. - Proofread and edit reports and other documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Anticipate and compile materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior administrators.
Abilities: The candidate should be able to:
- Efficiently organize and prioritize work assignments.
- Understand, interpret, apply, and explain school policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Utilize computer software to create and maintain files, organize data, format reports, and publish final documents.
- Critically review reports and detect and correct errors.
- Write clear and compelling correspondence, reports, and informational materials.
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Exercise initiative and good judgment within established guidelines.
- Meet scheduled deadlines and timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
