E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE
Job Description
Gas One, a premier outdoor products brand located in the City of Commerce, is seeking an E-Commerce Associate to join our team!
This is full-time office role MON-FRI 8:30-5:30pm, with direct collaboration with our warehouse operation team.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Handling weekly purchase orders of our e-commerce retailers (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot)
- Processing weekly e-commerce retailer purchase orders from acceptance to routing, printing labels, and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) creation using EDI SPS Commerce.
- Supervise B2C orders across various platforms, preparing them for shipment. (Shipstation)
- Managing returns and refunds efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction; including replacements/ refunds when needed, building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and occasionally recommending new products.
- Becoming an expert in our products and retailer policies to guide our e-commerce strategies effectively.
- Monitoring customer feedback and reviews across all e-commerce channels.
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer service queries via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google spreadsheets, with a preference for those with experience in e-commerce marketplaces and order fulfillment platforms.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work in a diverse workplace environment are essential.

Compensation:

WHOLESALE ASSOCIATE
Job Description
Gas One, a premier outdoor products brand located in the City of Commerce, is seeking a Wholesale Associate to join our team!
This is full-time office role MON-FRI 8:30-5:00pm, with direct collaboration with our warehouse operation team.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Handling daily purchase orders of our wholesale customers
- Processing orders from confirming inventory availability & creating invoices using Intuit QuickBooks.
-Having direct communication with warehouse operations on fulfilling orders
-Confirming cost of merchandise with upper management based off need
-Communicating with customers directly regarding container deliveries/ orders
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
