1) E-commerce/Social Media Manager
• 4+ years of experience
• Communicate and respond to customer phone calls/emails
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Create, manage, and adjust product listings and new listings
-> Create and design website banners, ads, email blats and other graphic design related content
• Upload images to online marketplaces
• Process orders and ensure prompt fulfillment
• Process returns
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Team player with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Assist various on-site photo shoots and projects
2) Sales Department
a. Wholesale Showroom Sales Person
• 2 year + wholesale experience must
• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish or Korean)
b. Sales Assistant
• Company PO's and Order input and follow up.
• Create necessary Line sheets, follow up with detailed data files associated with Company Sales orders.
• Input data files related to Company Sales orders.
• Follow up with all company related samples.
(PP, TOP samples to be managed and sent to customers with proper process.)
• Prepare samples for all sales meetings.
• Create invoices and charge the customers.
3) Assistant Designer
• Must have AA or BA degree in Fashion (or equivalent experience and education)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Time management required, organizational skills and be detail oriented.
• Knowledge of MS office and great communication.
• Organize samples and follow up.
• Have strong and clear communication skills.
