1. Position: Accounting Manager

Type of Work: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Subsidiary Ledgers, ensuring accurate coding of Accounts Payable invoices and departmental accounts
  • Assist with monthly Financial Statements, to include Income Statement/Budget Comparison, Balance Sheet and Prepare Monthly Statement of Cash Flows
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Business or Finance preferred

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or the equivalent 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly in Korean
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products especially Excel, experience in SAP or QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • High IT literacy, preferred
  • Strong, self-motivated team player 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment

2. Position: Human Resource Manager

Type of Work: Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Employee Relations and daily Human Resources tasks under general supervision including, but not limited to, assisting in the development and implementation of processes to better address HR issues.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for all departments to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and on-boarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
  • Provide general HR administrative support and guidance to hiring managers for effective process.
  • Identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
  • Proactively promote staffing model by identifying staffing needs and identifying qualified candidates where applicable.
  • Provide oral and written information to employees and managers regarding human resources transactions and governing policies.
  • Assist in training, orientation, program development, workshops and other communications which may involve workers’ compensation, employee benefits, liability, property/casualty, and safety or back to work initiatives.
  • Perform other related work as required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field preferred

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and possess high level of integrity
  • Must be organized and have the ability to set-up and maintain files and create procedures as needed
  • Familiarity with production population and payroll processes preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of higher education and/or public sector recruitment and employment processes
  • Knowledge of organization structure, staffing patterns, and job design
  • Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook require

3. Position: Admin (Receptionist)

Type of Work: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Oversee office operations
  • Bring exceptional communication and negotiation skills to deal for the best price and to select the most suitable vendors/partners.

Education:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1 year of administrator experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to be team player who enjoys working with and assisting others
  • An ability to perform multiple projects on a daily basis
  • Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume, unpredictable environment
