안녕하세요 변호사님, 2019년에 집을 구입했습니다. 전주인이 Patio랑 shed를 설치했습니다. 얼마전 City에서 permit을 받지않고 설치했다고 violation notice를 주었습니다. 집구입당시 patio & shed 대한 정보를 전혀받지 못했습니다. 이럴경우 제가 비용을 지불하고 permit을 신청해야되나요?
