You need to file a grievance with that police officer's division. IA will review his/her body camera which is the starting point. But it all depends on which police department has issued you the citation and what the citation is for. You need to be more specific. Issuing you the citation for a traffic violation and playing the race cards are two separate issues. Even if police officer is found guilty of such behavior, you will still need to pay for the citation unless you fight the ticket.
