We have a private room in a single-family home available. You will be living with other male students. The private room ( no shared ) is $675 a month and shared bathroom. High-speed Wifi, utilities will be $40 ~$50 per month. You will not be living with landlord.
We are only looking for a full-time male student who wants to focus on studying,
No party, No overnight guests, and No drugs are allowed.
We are trying to create a good and simple environment for students who just want to focus on school.
The house is 1.9 miles ( zipcode: 90815 ) away from CSULB and its about 6 minutes drive, and in a great and safe residential neighborhood. As well as close by Vons, Costco, Target, Trader Joe’s, McDonald, Starbucks.
