We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will oversee and support our Virtual Assistant (VA) customer service team, monitor team
performance, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth team operations, resolving customer inquiries, and improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and support the Customer Service Virtual Assistant team
-Monitor and distribute customer service inquiries among team members
-Oversee service quality and analyze team performance metrics
-Maintain and report customer service data
-Propose improvements based on customer feedback
-Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
-Assist with customer inquiries related to promotions and campaigns
Qualifications
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Basic Excel and data management skills
-Strong communication skills (email, chat, etc.)
-Responsible and customer-oriented attitude
-Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience in customer service
-Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail operations
-Experience managing Virtual Assistant teams
-Basic English reading and communication skills
-Experience with customer service tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
Work Conditions & Benefits
-Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour workday)
