NuVation Pain Group is an interventional pain center treating orthopedic and personal injury cases. We have 2 office locations in Buena Park and Downtown Los Angeles. We also have a surgical center. We are growing and looking for a personal injury coordinator to manage our personal injury business and help with marketing and networking with lawyers, chiropractors, and facilities. Experience in personal injury is a plus. Experience working in law offices and/or medical offices are a plus. Candidate must be able to speak some Korean as we have a portion of business deals with the Korean speaking community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients and provide comprehensive case management services
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including court appearances and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of appropriate services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using document management systems
- Conduct document review and file management for legal cases
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including drafting, proofreading, and editing
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed
- Monitor client progress and outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Marketing and Networking lawyers, chiropractors, and physicians
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Personal Injury such as lawyer's office or in a medical office a plus.
- Previous experience in case management or a related field is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of legal processes and procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in document management systems and other relevant software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Project management skills are desirable
