```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and meet targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the beauty cosmetics industry for min. 5 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to sell products or services effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including cash handling and customer service
- Proficient in social media management for promoting products and engaging with customers
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations or presentations
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- 4yr college/university degree
- minimum 2 references from previous work
- Bilingual - Korean is a Plus!
