​ Air Export Coordinator (Entry or Experienced)
Job Summary:
The Exports/Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily inventory management and logistics functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling Dry, DG & Perishable Items
- Schedules shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines.
- Receives orders and assigns shipments to appropriate carriers.
- Monitors inventory via an enterprise resource planning system or similar control system.
- Assists customer service representatives with order status inquiries and special customer needs.
- Resolves delivery problems.
- Analyzes inventory procedures; recommends updates and improvements to logistics director.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with computerized distribution systems.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

• Accounting Specialist – 0 명 (Entry or Experienced)​

Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepares financial reports and various accounting statements.
Posts journal entries to the general ledger.
Generates summary sheets to be used by the supervisor or auditor.
Processes payroll and prepares necessary payroll reports.
Proofs accounting reports for clerical accuracy.
Allocates expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures, with the ability to train others in related practices and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software
Korean Language ability a plus

Education and Experience:
College diploma or equivalent required, with some bookkeeping coursework.

Three to five years of related experience required.

 Import Operation Manager - 0명 (Experienced)

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Oversee shipping process, arranging and following up shipments.

- Lead a team of coordinators ensuring productivity, providing guidance and support.

- Customer service, maintaining and improving customer relationships.

- Communication with different vendors (steam ship lines, trucking)

- Overall support with shipping process.

- Terminal invoice data entry and other documentation.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility

- Bilingual Language skills a plus (Korean Language is preferred)

- Moderate skills of MS Word, Excel and other MS office Suite

- Highly organized with ability to multi-task

- Must be able to legally work in the Unites States

• Human Resources Manager – 0 명 (Experienced)​​

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy- ​​Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR highly desired.

PAY RANGE FOR ALL LISTED OPENINGS:
- $40,000 to $80,000 a year
