1.Position : PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Job Description:
We are seeking a production team member who will play a vital role in supporting the production process of company sales. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Company Order Follow up and Support
• Production Planning and Support: Support production activities, including fit and measurements.
• Sample Management: Manage sample development and the approval process
• Communicate and follow up with overseas vendor
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import production
• Knowledge of garment construction & manufacturing process
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office Programs (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc)
*Pay Range:$22-$26/hour
2.Position: E-Commerce Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Website maintenance and management on all platforms
• Oversee e-commerce department, daily tasks/goals/deadlines etc.
• Communicate with individual departments in coordinating any updates and changes on status of styles/inventory
• Provide support to the company’s sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed.
• Work with the sales team on new product launches and pre-orders
• Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers
• Direct mail, web page layout, advertisements, e-blast etc.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience with Faire Wholesale/FashionGo
• Previous experience as an e-commerce specialist or similar role required
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail
• Illustrator and Photoshop capabilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
• Work Location - in person (not remote)
*Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour
Previous e-commerce management experience is required
3.Position:Senior Fashion Sales Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Min.5 years of Experience in the Garment Trade show
• Must have a flexible schedule to travel to have a meeting at a customer's location or attend a trade show (travel on the weekends)
• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with an existing client base
• Organize samples for the shows
• Communicates proactively with clients and responds in a timely manner to all correspondence. Expected to go the “extra mile” to build customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Establish/maintain new accounts and process / follow up PO with buyers
• Existing accounts preferred
Requirements:
Attention to detail
• Computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Google Workplace, etc. – and data entry proficiency
• Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day
• Willingness to learn
• Strong sense of team building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize and multitask
• Must be able to handle physical assertion
*Pay Range:$30-$45/hour
