We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Purchasing and Mainstream Assistant Manager. In this role, you will support the Purchasing and Mainstream Manager in overseeing purchasing activities and ensuring alignment with mainstream industry standards and practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:-Assist in managing the purchasing process, including supplier sourcing and contract management.
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist in optimizing inventory management processes.
-Stay informed about mainstream industry trends, regulations, and best practices to support decision-making.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with organizational goals.
-Prepare reports and analysis on purchasing performance and recommend improvements as needed.
-Handle day-to-day purchasing operations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:-Minimum of 1 – 3 years of related experience.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software/systems, preferably SAP.
-Must be eligible to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
-Bilingual in Korean and English.

Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
