E-commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
*E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for the apparel division that aligns with the company's overall objectives. Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to drive informed decisions.
*Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apparel e-commerce website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for mobile devices. Coordinate with the web development team to implement necessary changes and updates.
*Product Merchandising: Strategically curate and showcase apparel products to increase customer engagement and sales. Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
*Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO, to drive traffic and conversions.
*Inventory and Fulfillment: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure sufficient stock levels, efficient order processing, and timely delivery to customers.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing tools. Expertise in fashiongo.net and faire.com are a MUST.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce software.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
