btwn은 뉴욕에서 온 전문 마케팅 업체입니다. 2019년에 시작하여, 맨하탄을 중심으로 약 8,000 개의 비지니스를 고객으로 하고 있습니다.
특허받은 플랫폼을 기반으로, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX의 공식 파트너사로서, 카드결제를 추적하여 고객의 재방문 유도 및 리퍼럴을 생성합니다.

* 인플루언서 마케팅 + 광고 + 소셜미디어 관리 (콘텐츠 생성 및 팔로워 관리) + 리뷰 수집 및 관리 등의 전반적 마케팅 서비스 판매 ($2K/$5K 패키지 존재)
* 가입을 유도하고, 계약서 작성 및 첫달 수표 수령 (카드/ACH결제 가능 - 영업링크 및 전자계약서 가능)
* 본사가 직접 Signed Merchant를 관리하고, 영업 직원은 주기적 방문하여 상황 파악 및 본사지원

- 업무

<1. 기획>
* 영업 지역(LA/OC/주변 지역)에 따른 잠재 가맹점 타겟 지정
* 잠재 가맹점에 접근하기 위한 스토리 라인 작성
* 세일즈 정보 및 세일즈 프레젠테이션 자료 최신 버전 관리 및 유지 

<2. 실행>
* 전화, 이메일, 메시지를 통해 잠재 가맹점 연락
* 잠재 가맹점 방문 후 세일즈 포인트(온라인 홍보, 인플루언서 방문, 재방문 유도, 광고 등)에 대한 컨설팅과 함께 영업 진행
* 방문 후속 팔로업 및 사인업 성사

<3. 관리>
* 첫 달은 3, 5일 / 격주, 2개월차부터 월 1회 체결 가맹점 방문 관리
* 체결 가맹점 현황 본사와 공유
* 본사와의 방향성 및 피치덱 업데이트

* 파트타임
* 정규직
(파트타임으로 시작하여 정규직으로 전환 가능) 

<급여>
급여 월별 지급, 수수료는 계정이 활성화되어 있는 한 매월 지급.
> 가입 시 일회성으로 지급되는 방식이 아니라 계정이 활성화되어 있는 한 첫 달을 포함하여 매월 지급됩니다.
해당 월의 급여 + 커미션은 다음 달 첫 주에 지급됩니다.
(2월 10일 시작, 3월 10일 첫 급여+성과 커미션 지급) 

<파트타임>
기본급 - 첫 3개월간 월 $500
수수료 - 활성 계정당 $300(계정이 활성화되어 있는 한 매월 지급) 

<풀타임(월단위)>
기본급 - $1,500 + 주유비 $300(매월 점진적으로 기본급 감소 - 기본급 $300 및 가스비 $50 감소)
커미션 - 활성 계정당 $300(계정이 활성화되어 있는 한 매월 지급)

<딜 브레이커 (파트타임/풀타임 모두)>
* 주간 보고서 누락 - (한달 미만 근무시 부분결제 x)
* 첫 달에 사인업 스코어가 없는 경우 

<성과 보너스>
누적 활성 10건 = $2,000 보너스 지급

‘Btwn’ is a professional marketing company from New York City. Starting in 2019, we have around 8,000 clients, mainly in Manhattan.
Based on a patented platform, we are an authorized partner of VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX, and we track card payments to keep customers coming back and generate referrals.

* Selling overall marketing services such as influencer marketing + advertising + social media management (content creation and follower management) + review collection and management, etc. (Monthly subscription of $2K/$5K)
* Drive sign-ups, close contracts, and collect first month's checks (card/ACH payments accepted - sales links and e-contracts available)
* HQ manage signed merchants directly from NY. Sales rep. will be required to visit periodically to check in and support HQ.

- Job Description

<1. Planning>
* Target potential merchants per sales area segmentation (LA/OC/Surrounding areas)
* Create a storyline to approach potential merchants
* Keep and manage an up to date version of merchant info and sales pitch deck for use 

<2. Execution>
* Contact merchants via phone calls, emails, and messages if necessary
* Visit the merchants and start conversation with consulting the sales points (online exposure, influencers’ visits, generating revisits, advertisements, etc.)
* Following up and closing the deal 

<3. Management>
* Visiting signed merchant on the 3rd and 5th days / bi-weekly in the first month, once a month from the 2nd month
* Sharing the status of the signed merchants with HQ
* Updating direction and pitch deck with HQ 

- Compensation

<Positions for hire>
* Part-time
* Full-time 
(Initiating as part-time & switch to full-time available) 

<Salary>
The salary is paid monthly.
Commission will be paid monthly, as long as the account is active.
> Not a one-time pay at sign-up, but every month including first month as long as the account is active
The month’s salary + commission will be paid in the first week of the following month. 

<Part-time>
Base salary - $500 per month for the first 3 months
Commission - $300 per active account (reoccurring months as long as account is active) 

<Full-time (Monthly)>
Base salary - $1,500 + Gas $300 (Progressive monthly base salary reduction - $300 base salary & $50 gas)
Commission - $300 per active account (reoccurring months as long as account is active)

<Deal breakers(Both Part-time/Full-time)>
* Missing weekly report - (No partial payment will be processed under a Month activity)
* No sales(sign-up) record in the first month 

<Performance Bonus>
Accumulated 10 active sales = $2,000 bonus
