1. Customer Service
- Answer general company and product questions as well as sales inquiry via phone and email 
- Provide basic customer service such as status, receiving orders, and light technical support 
- Data entry for sales order and invoice entry 
- Communicate with customers, sales representatives and warehouse staffs for accurate and efficient order fulfillment 
- Review contracts and apply correct discount to sales orders and invoice 
2. Dental 3D Printing Technician 
- Process 3D model print request activities: 
- Receive and prioritize all requests 
- Preparing 3D models for printing 
- Post process 3D prints 
- Inspect 3D Printed models for quality 
- Package and process shipping 
- Confirm completion, update logs and notify customers 
- Repair, upgrade and installation of various software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and validate equipment problems
- Working to continuously guarantee and improve customer satisfaction
- Conducting regular and preventative maintenance on the 3D printers
- Perform other duties as assigned
3. Inventory Assistant
- 2-3 years of inventory related experience
- Packing/Shipping 
- Maintain and updates inventory records 
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies 
- Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner 
- Keep track of shipments and contracts, coordinate and prepare shipments 
4. Outside Sales Representative
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities etc.
5. Accounting Assistant 
- Accounting Receivable 
- Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents
- Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer
- Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program
