<< Position : Accounting Associate  >>

Essential Job Duties

    • Requesting approvals for AP invoices.

    • Entering AP invoices in the ERP system.

    • Releasing (paid) invoices.

    • Assist with periodic closes.

    • Assist with store/warehouse inventory audit.

    • Maintain general ledger as needed.

 

Desired Skills & Attributes

    • Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office suites

    • Must be accurate and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

    • Must be able to perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, 

         kneeling, pushing, and pulling

    • Must be able to sit for prolong periods of time in front of a computer   

    • Must be able to work with a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, etc                       

    • Fluent English and Korean communication skill is a plus.

Essential Job Duties

    • Organize AP/AR documents. 

    • Coordinate space and office organization; maintain paper and electronic files.

    • Type correspondence and compile data for expense and statistical reports.

    • Maintain ongoing and proactive communication with key partners regarding new arrivals, order overages and shortages, and delivery delays.

 

Desired Skills & Attributes

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

    • Knowledge in accounting is preferred. (AR/AP, Invoices) 

    • Must be able to work with a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, etc

    • Must have a positive attitude, a cooperative nature, and be self-motivated

Essential Job Duties

    • Dispatch and route trucks accordingly to their pickups and deliveries 

    • Manage drayage activity including container pickup and return 

    • Perform customer service, allocation, traffic, routing, but not limited to: generating all related paperwork and necessary information 

         required for customer work orders including checking all orders for special requests and posts inventory records

    • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, 

         invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a timely manner

    • Communicate daily with team members and management about operations support procedures

Essential Job Duties

    • Plan and oversee implementation of design for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.

    • Self-motivated, professional, procedure-orientated candidate who can handle all aspects of on-site construction management.

    • Must be able to solve problems, schedule activities, coordinate inspections, manage safety regulations, manage on site meetings, 

         read blue prints, enforce quality control, be a team player, etc.

    • Select and coordinate contractors needed for project.

 

Desired Skills & Attributes

    • Must have over 5 years of work experience or equivalent certificates in a retail construction field

    • Must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and follow direction

    • Must be able to operate computer software basics and Microsoft Office

Essential Job Duties

    • performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance 

    • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary

    • Implement preventative maintenance measures

    • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

    • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol

    • Perform other maintenance duties as requested

 

Desired Skills & Attributes

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

Essential Job Duties

    • Manage and track item sales and inventory status. 

    • Advise customers on newly available items and promotions to drive overall sales.

    • Develop effective sales strategy and manage sales volume.

    • Coordinate with department heads to plan and execute storewide promotions. 

    • Visit H-Mart stores to review, inspect products and resolve any quality control related issues.

    • Select weekly promotional items and place them on advertising flyers.

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Essential Job Duties

    • Fabricate and assemble structural and functional components of refrigeration system, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

    • Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming.

    • Read blueprints to determine location, size, capacity, and type of components needed to build refrigeration system. 

    • Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.

    • Diagnose problems and make repairs to existing equipment.

    • Keep records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions.

    • Schedule and initiate work orders efficiently.   


Desired Skills & Attributes

    • Required experience: 3 years in refrigeration industry. 

    • Required license or certifications: EPA Universal. 

    • Experience in Supermarket Retail Rack system is a plus.

    • Must be able to work well under pressure and work independently but well with other technicians.

    • Must be able to be on-calls and willing to travel within assigned territory as needed.

    • Must be fluent in English. Bilingual in Korean, Chinese or Spanish is a plus.

Essential Job Duties

    • Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise as on the order list. 

    • Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, verify quantities received match bills of lading, purchase orders, and other documents. 

    • Organize the stock room or warehouse and ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness are maintained.

    • Maintain ongoing and proactive communication with key partners about new arrivals, order overages and shortages, and delivery delays.

 

Desired Skills & Attributes

    • Must be at least 18 years old

    • Previous experience in a large scale warehouse/distribution center environment preferred

    • Forklift certification preferred

    •  Must be able to work with a flexible schedule which may include weekends, night shifts, holidays, etc

    • Must have a positive attitude, a cooperative nature, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    • Must be able and willing to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 50lbs using proper safety methods
