Job Description:


The e-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for directing all online activities and planning across all retail websites. These activities include e-Commerce promotions, product launching, product uploads, and digital marketing campaigns. The manager would be highly communicative, driven, creative, and organized.


Major Responsibilities:


     Liaise with Branding Department and graphic designer for integrated marketing initiatives

     Drives marketing strategies based on brand calendar alignment

     Ensure timely and qualitative execution of marketing strategy calendar, partnering with the Branding Content team

     Ensuring the database is effectively segmented for targeting market activities

     Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies

     Plan and execute e-Commerce promotions

     Manage and maintain data entry




     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

     8+ years of marketing experience

     5+ years of e-Com marketing experience

     3-4+ years of e-Com managing experience

     Proficient knowledge of HTML

     Strong interpersonal and interdepartmental communication skills

     Must be able to effectively report on campaign performance and completed initiatives

     Strong decision making skills

     Detail oriented




Graphic Designer Position (e-Com):


Job Description:


Seeking an in-house, talented web graphic designer to work full time for a highly motivated e-Commerce team. The graphic designer will design banner ads, email newsletters, homepage content, and any other digital art work used for promotional purposes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, can take direction from the e-Com Marketing Manager, and work closely with the Branding Department.




     Design and manage creative process for the e-Com sites and work with Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives including homepage, landing pages, and advertisements

     Meet deadlines in a timely manner

     Manage the design and updates of the sites with the e-Com Marketing Manager

     Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for visually improving, innovating, and optimizing various areas on the site

     Coordinate site assets

     Create fliers and other media for advertising purposes (web banners, email, etc.)

     Meet brands’ creative standards in a consistent manner




     Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts or related field

     4+ years of graphic design experience

     3+ years of retail e-Com design experience preferred

     Basic knowledge of HTML

     Extremely proficient in Adobe CS, especially Illustrator and Photoshop


     Able to handle changing priorities

     Able to handle multiple projects with different timelines simultaneously

     Strong project management skills

     Highly communicative
