Customer Service Representative 

Los Angeles, CA based women's clothing manufacturer seeking full-time customer service positions. The ideal candidate must be self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work as a team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients/wholesale accounts
  • Process orders on our ERP system
  • Follow up on all orders from start to ship
  • Maintaining sales support and updates to customers
  • Ability to follow up with buyers
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including professional email etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
  • Knowledge and understanding of product features, fashion trends, and general industry terms
  • Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • ERP a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs such as Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
