DrJ Organics is seeking to hire a Business Administration Assistant as well as a Customer Service Representative for our office located in Orange. We are a fast-growing manufacturer of organic personal care products and we are in need of assistance to handle various tasks and projects. These include organizing documents, making purchases, fulfilling orders, monitoring office expenses.answering the phone and responding to deliveries and visitors. We will need you to provide assistance and support to various office staff including the accounting, marketing and HR teams. 


We prefer that you: 
- are comfortable and knowledgeable with computers, typing, Microsoft Office, internet use, fax, copier, etc. We will train you on 

   any relevant programs and tasks. 
- Bilingual preferred (Fluent in English and Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese, etc) for frequent projects requiring translation and 

   foreign communication. 
- Can be comfortable working on your own but also work well with others in a group setting. 
- Are able to focus on assigned tasks and complete daily routine tasks of your own accord. 
- Have a friendly and positive attitude coupled with an ability to focus on multiple tasks and work responsibly to help the business grow! 

*Experience in accounting and/or purchasing a plus. 


The position will be 40 hours in an office setting. 

Compensation will be hourly and start at $11-25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. 

Pay is bi-weekly.
