• Ocean Import/Export Operations – (Entry or Experienced)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operation tasks, shipping arrangement, and input data.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and overseas agents.
- Assist customer inquiries and provide quotations.
- Prepare documents for export shipments.
- Track and trace export shipments.
- Follow-up and finalize all shipments with appropriate party.
- Invoice customers - keeping customers well informed of any changes.
• Accounting/Admin – (Entry)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Essential Responsibilities.
- Daily payouts for vendors.
- A/P and A/R.
- Communicate with related departments.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Air Export Coordinator (Entry or Experienced)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inventory management and logistics functions.
- Analyzes inventory procedures; recommends updates and improvements to logistics director.
- Schedules shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines, and resolves delivery problems.
- Assists customer service representatives with order status inquiries and special customer needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bilingual preferred (Korean & English)
* Minimum 2+ years logistics, or freight forwarding experience
* Ability to multi-task
* Detail oriented
* Ability to work within tight timelines
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* All candidates MUST be eligible to work in the U.S.
Salary Range: $40k~$70k/year
