Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Achieve growth and sales targets for Asian Channels including DSD (direct) and some DIS (distribution) for assigned territory

• Monitory inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and organize shelves and displays for designated retail locations to optimize food products visibility.
• Strategically allocate and display merchandise within retail spaces to maximize visibility and drive sales.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Implement effective merchandising techniques to highlight key products, promotions, and support marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales trends and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop merchandise plans that align with company objectives and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:
• 3+ years related experience in retail merchandising.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a friend, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to drive to retail locations.
• Bilingual in Korean.
