불란서안경 가지 마십시요

Their salesmen are bunch of liars and this place does not know how to treat customers. First they sell me defective woman's frames (i'm a guy). When the frames break, they blame me and refuse to even work with me to get another one. They put the wrong prescription in the frames I bought as a replacement. Then they screw up on the replacement lenses and wanted me to pay addition $$ to fix their mistake. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE!

    If they really put a wrong prescription lens in your eye glasses, and if you still have the proof or still can prove it, you need to report it to the authority. I think District Attorney's office has consumer protection section. I would start from there.

    I have bought sunglasses here and also glasses for my son. Both items were both defective. Went back to complain and blamed me for them. Noticed they only carry old models and defective. Especially the 2 old hags are horrible salesman. You wrote exactly what I wanted to say. They try to find ways to charge me extra.

    95년도부터 이용했는데 친절하고 괜찮았는데? 한쪽말만 듣고 판단하기가 그렇네요

    3주동안 불란서 안경을 세번 방문했는데,
    안타깝게도 두번을 손님들과 서비스 와 바가지 문제로 다투는 모습을 보게 되었음. 안경을 하면서도 맘이 그닥 편하지 못했고 그이후로는 안가고 있음.
