궁금한점이있어서요..
집을 담보로 대출승인을 받긴했는데
모르는 조건들이 몇가지가 있어서 도움좀 받고싶어서 이렇게 글을씁니다..
그쪽에서 제시한 조건들이
Conditions:
1. Adequate title and fire insurance
2. Appraisal report or BPO
3. Final investor approval
4. Two Forms of ID from the borrower
5. Copy of the short sale approval from all liens
6. Exit Strategy Letter.
집을 담보로 대출승인을 받았는데 5번 copy of the short sale approval from all liens 랑 6번 exit strategy letter 이 왜 필요한지 모르겠어요.. 무슨뜻인지도 잘 모르겠고요..1번에서 adequate title 뜻과 5번6번 뜻좀 알려주실수있으신가요?
