Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Research and analyze current social media and marketing trends.
- Create descriptions for products, advertisements, marketing materials, etc.
- Manages all communication with 3rd party vendors while working on projects.
- Organize production planning: searching for talent, models, and makeup artists; booking production spaces; booking photographers/videographers, etc.
- Design digital marketing campaigns.
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Performing any related tasks assigned by management.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Partake in general office duties including but not limited to cleaning, filing, typing, copying, faxing, etc.
- Effectively manage product campaigns, ensure they’re delivered on time, to high standard; communicating with social influencers and platform partners.
Requirements
- Must be well organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
- Must be a quick learner and problem-solver.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of ALL information.
- Have a professional and respectful attitude toward everyone
- Self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated proofreading ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in marketing OR work experience in a relevant field is required.
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and knowledge of ad serving tools
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
