- Fluency in English and Korean preferred.
- Thorough understanding of garment manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- N41 proficient.
**Responsibilities**
- Company order follow up and support.
- Fittings & measuring specs.
- Sending fit comments and approving bulk fabrics/trims on a timely manner to meet production schedule.
- Communicate and follow up with overseas vendors.
Design Associate - Full-time position with an immediate start date.
** Requirements **
- Strong communication skills.
- Ambitious and driven.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe illustrator/photoshop
- Knowledge of current trends, fabrications, and silhouettes.
- Ability to flat sketch.
- Travel required.
- Must drive.
**Responsibilities**
- Support head designer in developing quarterly collections.
- Develop designs/tech packs.
- Work closely with the production team to oversee each design from start to finish.
- Source and organize fabrics seasonally.
- Assist in photoshoots.
