Parco Solar, Korean American Owned in La Mirada, CA is seeking Solar Sales Managers and Solar Sales Reps.

We are a bilingual company, speaking Korean and English fluently.

SOLAR SALES MANAGER
The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales process, including prospecting and customer acquisition by forming a sales team of 5-8 sales reps. 

The Sales Manager will recruit, train, and assist sales reps, and report to the Head of Sales at Parco Solar.

With fluency in English, the Sales Manager can form and lead a non-Korean Sales Team.

The company is currently focusing on Solar and ESS sales to both residential and commercial clients in Southern California, and will eventually be opening up out of state offices.  This is a great opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities
Recruit and train outside sales reps to sell by using company provided leads and self generated leads to attain sales goals
Assist with setting up appointments, presenting solutions to clients, and closing sales
Analyze client's current energy spending and offer proper solutions to help sales reps to close the deals
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, addressing customer inquiries and objections
Meet and exceed sales targets (especially monthly quotas) while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism
Deliver weekly reports to management on sales funnel performance
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government incentives (only included this on sales manager description)
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
Build strong and successful relationships with clients
Work with various software tools (CRM, proposal design, etc.) and equipment to fulfill job requirements seamlessly


SOLAR SALES REPS
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems and evaluating other energy efficiency solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Your primary objective will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and other energy efficient solutions, conduct site assessments, provide tailored solutions, and close sales.

Responsibilities
On top of company provided leads, self-generate leads through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing
Make outbound calls and set up appointments, present solutions to clients, and close sales
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and recommend customized solar and other energy efficiency solutions
Present compelling sales pitches and demonstrations to prospective customers
Analyze client's current energy spending and offer proper solutions to help bring client's energy bills down
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, addressing customer inquiries and objections
Meet and exceed sales targets (especially monthly quotas) while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism
Maintain Sales Pipeline and report to Sales Manager on a weekly basis
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
Assist with site survey after sale is closed, if requested

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales management for Sales Manager Position, preferably in the solar and energy efficiency industry
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience for Sales Reps, preferably in the solar and energy efficiency industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and familiarity with relevant regulations and incentives
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Must possess ability to formulate a sales business plan to ensure sales success
Must be able to deliver sales presentation to senior executive management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Persuasion and negotiation skills required
Effective organization and analytical skills
Creative problem solver
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Workspace equivalents (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Proper status to work in US

Compensation & Benefits
BASE + Commission for Sales Managers
Commission Basis for sales reps, but base may be negotiated depending on experience
Comprehensive training and ongoing support
Company will pay to obtain HIS License, if not already registered
