E-Commerce & Sales Associate ($20/hr)
Responsibilities:
• Full-time position
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Amazon and Shopify accounts' daily operations, product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Daily customer service for walk-in customers, email, phone call, and message.
• Document for In-bound shipments.
• Conduct competitive product research and analysis, improve images, product pages
• Develop creative ideas for product content and ensure successful online assortment and sales conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure product availability and timely restocking. Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Keep research of industry trends, new features on e-commerce platform.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients and vendors to provide exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• At least one year experience in the customer service, e-commerce or retail industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
