시민권 아내와 결혼 후 영주권 신청을 하려 I-485를 작성중 궁금한 점이 있어 여쭤봅니다.
I-485 instruction page 3에 보면
3. Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa
If you have obtained a nonimmigrant visa(s) from a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad within the last year, submit a photocopy(ies) of the page(s) of your passport containing the visa(s).
라고 되어 있는데요. 최근 1년간 비이민비자 받은 적이 없으면 무시해도 되는 조항인가요?
참고로 2001년 방문비자로 들어와 overstay 상태였다가 추방유예 혜택을 받고있습니다.
