안녕하세요
10년짜리 영주권을 2번 갱신 받았고, 이번에 3번째 재발급 신청했습니다. 과거에 문제 없다가 갑자기 노티스가 왔어요.
그런데 제가 실수를 했습니다.
과거 2번의 갱신때는 저의 합법 이름인 한국 이름으로 갱신 신청을 했어요.
그러나 이번 신청때 무심코 제 영어이름을 신청서에 적었어요.
사실 영주권 하나만 빼고 , 20년간 모든 미국생활중 한것들이
모두 영어이름으로 되 있습니다.
질문은
저는 과거 2번 처럼 , 계속 한국이름으로 영주권을 받고 싶어요
이럴때 제가 지금 할수 있는 대응이 뭔가요?
(이름은 가명을 사용했어요)

제가 영어가 약해서 잘못 이해하고 질문 드렸을까봐 같이 올립니다.

엘에이 사는데 갱신 신청 한지 11개월 만에 노티스 받았어요
아무런 대응을 않하면 USCIS이름인 한국 이름으로 발급 될거라는 건지
아니면 갱신 신청이 취소 된다는 건지요
갱신 비용이 많이 오른 걸로 이야기 들었는데요
영주권 취소가 아니란건 알지만
재신청 하게되면 돈이 또 들어갈테고..
지금 제가 어찌하면 과거와 동일한 이름으로
영주권 받을수 있을까요
