H-1B Minimum Wage Level 에 관해서 몇가지 질문이 있어서 이렇게 글 남깁니다.
Foreign Labor Certification Data Center (www.flcdatacenter.com) 이란곳에 보니까
Level 1 Wage
Level 2 Wage
Level 3 Wage
Level 4 Wage
이런식으로 level 이 나눠져 있던데 그 level 은 어떤 기준으로 정해지는건가요 ?
제가 어디서 찾아보니까 이런 글귀를 찾았는데 이게 맞는건가요?
Bachelor Degree and 0-1 years of experience required should result in a Level 1 prevailing wage.
Bachelor Degree and 2 years of experience should result in a Level 2 prevailing wage.
Master Degree and no experience required should result in a Level 2 prevailing wage.
Bachelor Degree and 3 years of experience should result in a Level 3 prevailing wage.
Bachelor Degree and 4+ years of experience should result in a Level 4 prevailing wage.
만약 이것이 맞다면 제가 2020년도에 H-1B 를 받는 다는 가정하에
(Bachelor Degree 를 가지고 있고, OPT로 처음 일 시작한 날짜가 2018년 10월 26일이며 2020년 10월 26일이 2년째가 됩니다.)
2020년 10월1일부터 Level 1 Wage 를 받기 시작하면
2020년 10월 26일부터 일한 경력이 2년이 돼는데 그럼 그에 따라 법적으로 wage 가 다시 조정이 들어가야 돼는건가요? (일한경력을 계산할때 opt 로 일한 경력도 계산에 들어가는지 H-1B 를 받고 나서 일을 시작한 경력만 카운트가 돼는지도 알고 싶습니다.
2020년 10월 1일 ~ 2020년 10월 25일: Level 1 Wage
2020년 10월 26일 ~ 2021년 10월 25일: Level 2 Wage
2021년 10월 26일 ~ 2022년 10월 25일: Level 3 Wage
2022년 10월 26일 ~ : Level 4 Wage
이게 제가 맞게 계산을 한건가요?
