선천적 이중국적자인 아들이 ROTC 지원하려하는데
영사관에서는 국적이탈이 불가한 상태인데
아래 내용보면 미군에서는 한국국적 포기한다고만 하면 된다는데 반드시 국적이탈 증명서가 있어야 하는건지 ? 아니면 입대시 미국국적외 모든 국적 포기한다고만 하면 되는건지요?

Sir,
this is a complicated answer, in short he simply has to surrender his Korean passport and write a statement that he renounces his dual citizenship. its more complex than that but that is the short answer
