제가 2016년 여름에 F1비자로 학교를 다니다가 군대를 기다리는 입장이기에 학교를 더이상 다닐 필요성을 느끼지 못해서 휴학을 내고 현재 불법 체류자로 미군을 기다리고있습니다.
제가 궁금한 점은 2가지 입니다.
1. DA서류를 찾아 보는중에 (We will only grant people in place if you came into the US without authorization by an immigration officer or you came into the US as a parolee. If you entered the US lawfully but overstayed your visa [or are otherwise in the US past your period of authorized stay], you are not eligible for parole in place because you are not an applicant for admission.)이라는 문장을 봤는데 그렇다면 저같은 경우는 DA를 받지 못하는건가요?
2. 그리고 만약 제가 DA를 이번에 apply를 할수있다면 관련된 서류를 읽어보는데 도대체 어떤서류를 준비하고 해야하는지 너무 헷갈립니다. 혹시 도와주실수 있을까요? 꼭 부탁드립니다.
