안녕하세요.
영주권자 배우자와 불체자가 혼인신고 하고 영주권 신청을 미리 해놓으려고 하는데요..
(남자가 영주권자.. 여자가 불체자..)
이럴경우 혼인신고 하면서 남편성으로 바꾸면 안되나요?
혼인신고시 여권에 표기된 maiden name 을 그대로 사용해야 한다는데.. 이게 무슨얘기인가요?
남편성으로 따라가지 말라는건가요??
