남편이 미국시민권자로서 영주권 신청을 하게되었습니다.
이주전에 이민국서 편지가 왔네요.
request for initial evidence(i-485)
1"The petitioner/sponsor lists their current income on form i-864 as an amount to be considered as sufficient: however, no evidence has been summitted as proof of current income..
summit evident of the petitioner/sponsor's current income. such evidence should include..... etc.
2) Submit all supporting tax documentation (w-2s,1099s,form 2555, and all supporting tax schedules)summitited to the internal revenue service for the most recent tax year.. etc...
3)based on the documents submmited with form i-864, affidavit of support, for the petitioner/sponsor, the income did not meet 125% of the poverty guideline for the petitioner/sponsor's household size... etc...
이럴경우에 어떻게 해야죠.? 재정보증할 사람이 정말 없거든요. 변호사를 선임하면 해결이 될까요?
