We are looking for someone to manage online sales operations, customer communication, and inventory across platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory (our website, FashionGo, other platforms)
• Handle customer service via email, phone, and social media DM
• Respond to order-related inquiries
• Upload/manage products (descriptions, details, etc.)
• Assist with SNS updates and basic marketing
• Support online sales and help drive revenue
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of e-commerce experience in fashion/apparel required
• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of fashion trends and online sales
• Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-driven
• Comfortable with social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• FashionGo experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
