Supply Chain Assistant (TBD)
Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Monitor inventory levels in warehouses for Amazon, Mainstream and Food Service Channels.
• Monitor and manage Amazon FBA Dashboard to ensure we're maintaining performance metrics and keeping items in stock
• Plan and create Amazon FBA shipment plans within Amazon and manage end to end delivery of shipments
• Responsible for reporting on Amazon FBA shipping lead times and cost
• Open cases and maintain communication with Amazon Seller Central as needed
• Design Mainstream/Food Service product demand plan for requested items for 3 months ahead
• Receive orders and schedule delivery for each distributor or channel
• Collaborating with the HQ to ensure all sales goals and stock needs are met
• Contact with NY branch and study details for Mainstream / Food Service distributor
• Evaluate current workflows and processes for opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate sales amount for each distributor every quarter
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
• 1-2 years of direct Amazon FBA experience preferred
• ERP System (SAP B1) and MS Office (Excel) proficiency
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• A proven track record for hitting deadlines and working well under pressure
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports
• Self-driven work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S without sponsorship.

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 a year
