제가 master bed 를 쓰고 있고 계약하시면 작은 방/화장실 쓰시게 될 예정입니다. 여느 아파트 렌트 계약처럼 landlord 가 background check 할 예정이고 저와 co-sign 하시게 됩니다. 하여 credit score 이 있으시거나 deposit 을 많이 내실 수 있어야합니다.

- It is move-in ready between June 1-15 (flexible move-in day) ideally for 1-year.

You may also rent a barely used electric vehicle (Tesla) excluding auto insurance through March 2025 for a fee (contingent on driving record)
