1. Accounting (Entry/Experienced)
▶Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
2. Prepare and review financial statements and monthly reports
3. Support budgeting, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
▶Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
2. Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); QuickBooks experience a plus
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required
2. Import Operation (Entry/Experienced)
▶Responsibilities
1. Handle day-to-day import logistics operations including shipment coordination and documentation
2. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth cargo flow
3. Monitor shipment schedules, resolve operational issues, and provide status updates
4. Maintain accurate records and support management as needed
▶Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant logistics experience
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required
5. Detail-oriented and team player
