Job Description: E-Commerce Operations Specialist – Amazon Focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Amazon operations through A/B testing, pricing strategies, SEO optimization, and competitor analysis to boost sales growth
- Analyze sales data to uncover market trends, enhance marketing campaigns, and inform strategic decisions
- Monitor inventory and resolve shipping/storage issues promptly to avoid unnecessary costs
- Leverage forecasting and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Amazon to increase traffic, conversions, and product visibility
- Coordinate cross-functional product launches using market insights and business objectives
주요업무:
- 아마존 매출 성장 드라이브: A/B 테스트, 가격 전략, SEO 최적화, 경쟁사 분석 등을 통해 아마존 운영 주도
- 데이터 기반 인사이트 도출: 판매 데이터를 분석해 시장 트렌드를 파악하고, 마케팅 캠페인 개선 및 전략적 의사결정 지원
- 재고·물류 이슈 해결: 재고 모니터링 및 배송/보관 문제 해결
