서비스 운영/AS 접수 및 관리 경험자 우대
ERP 시스템(NetSuite 등) 또는 콜센터 소프트웨어 사용 경험자 우대
기술 역량
전화, 이메일 등 다양한 채널을 통한 고객 응대 능력
서비스 접수, 기술자 일정 조율, 부품 요청 등 사무 관리 능력
기본적인 MS Office 활용 능력 (특히 Excel 및 Outlook)

Qualifications for Service Operations & Call Center Support
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations
Experience in service coordination or after-sales support preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) or call center software is a plus
Technical Skills
Ability to communicate with customers through various channels such as phone and email
Administrative skills in handling service requests, technician scheduling, and parts coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to collaborate with other departments and external vendors
Communication & Customer Service
Clear and courteous verbal and written communication skills
Strong empathy and problem-solving abilities when handling customer complaints or issues
