Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Merchandising & Sourcing Lead to drive our product strategy from trend discovery to market launch.
This role will focus on discovering and sourcing trend-driven products, building strong vendor partnerships, and leading merchandising strategies that bring high-potential products to market quickly and effectively.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for trends, strong sourcing experience, and hands-on skills in product selection, curation, and sales strategy.

Responsibilities
• Research and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products
• Discover and source trend-driven products with high sales potential
• Identify, evaluate, and build partnerships with domestic and international vendors
• Negotiate product terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Plan and manage product assortments, pricing, and launch timelines
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and adjust assortments based on data and results

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or sourcing
• Proven ability to discover and source trend-forward products
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and retail markets
• Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales and profitability
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, F&B, or consumer goods is a plus
