We’re expanding—and we’re looking for a highly capable, goal-driven Front Desk & Sales Manager who can take our client experience, operational flow, and revenue growth to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth—creating a 5-star guest experience
Manage booking systems, appointment flow, and scheduling efficiently
Actively promote memberships, packages, and exclusive services to boost conversions
Meet and exceed sales targets—memberships, upsells, retail, and renewals
Identify and implement opportunities to increase daily productivity and client retention
Handle transactions, CRM updates, and follow-up communication
Support in event coordination, product launches, and marketing efforts
Ensure the front desk and sanctuary environment is always elegant, calm, and inviting
Collaborate directly with Grandmaster Ladan and the leadership team to optimize operations and growth

Qualifications:
2+ years in front desk or reception management with proven sales performance
Experience in wellness, spa, fitness, or boutique hospitality environments
Strong track record in achieving revenue, membership, or client growth goals
Highly organized, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Tech-literate and efficient with booking platforms, email, and POS/CRM systems
A genuine passion for wellness, mindfulness, and helping others transform their lives
