We're Hiring: E-Commerce & Customer Service Specialist
Location: LOS ANGELES | Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
We are a clothing wholesale company specializing in distributing high-quality garments to retailers nationwide. As we expand our online presence, we’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce & Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
• Responsible for processing pick tickets and generating customer invoices
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our e-commerce platforms
• Monitor and update product listings, inventory, and pricing across online marketplaces
• Collaborate with Shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Provide feedback to improve website usability and customer experience
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience preferred in e-commerce or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Faire, Fashiongo, and ERP systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Tech-savvy with basic Excel and CRM knowledge
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
