- 1. Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions
Who has the ability to hold a seminar on elderly health and sudden or solitary death at Real Estates of elderly communities like as leisure world of Laguna wood or Seal beach and generate revenue as a result
2 Who has the ability to recruit and manage independent branches and control in each state across United States
3 Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures and Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
4 Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
5 Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
6 Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
7 Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
8 Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
9 Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
10 Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, Setting sales quotas and goals
Requirements

강남종합사회복지관의 1인가구 어르신 위기대응 모니터링 사업은 레이더센서(맥 케어)를 활용하여 1인 취약가구 가정에 생체신호(체온, 심박, 호흡, 낙상, 행동패턴 등)를 감지하여 위기상황을 예방하거나 응급상황발생시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 사업이다.
스마트기기를 1인가구 어르신 댁 주요 지점 4~5곳에 설치해 복지관에 구축된 관 제센터 PC를 통해 2023년부터 지속적으로 모니터링하고 있다.
이 사업의 중요성은 최근 발생한 사례를 통해 명확히 드러났다. 2024년 3월 28일 맥케어 플랫폼 데이터 분석을 통해 이상 징후가 감지되어 개포3동 주민센터 사회 복지공무원과 협업하여 위기대응을 진행하였다. 당시 어르신은 산소포화도가 낮고 호흡이 어려워 그대로 방치되었다면 고독사 위기가 있었을 상황이었으나 신속한 대응으로 병원후송을 지원하여 가족들에게 인계하였다. 가정 내에서 사망하셨다면 생의 마지막이 쓸쓸한 죽음이 될 수 있었으나 빠른 조치로 가족들과 만남이 이어 질 수 있었다.
강남종합사회복지관은 스마트기기를 활용하여 어르신들의 생활패턴을 파악하고 분 석함으로써 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 조준배 관장은 이번 사 례가 고독사 예방을 위한 좋은 모델이 될 것으로 기대하며, 향후에도 안전한 지역 사회를 만드는데 기여하겠다고 밝혔다. 이 사업의 기술지원을 하고 있는 주식회사 제이씨에프테크놀러지 김진명 대표는 부모님을 생각하며 개발한 맥케어 솔루션으
