We are a well-known and established travel goods and luggage manufacturer/importer supplying our products to national retail channels and online market. Our company has an all-encompassing corporate culture valuing and rewarding individual’s initiative and creativity. As an established leader for over 30 plus years, we currently have multiple openings for the following positions. These positions are in our corporate office in La Palma, CA.
1. Operation Manager and/or EDI Specialists
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders received via EDI (True Commerce/Commerce Hub) as well as other online channels, for coordinating shipments, for processing/oversee invoicing process. Potential to grow as Operation Manager if hired as a specialist
a. Experience in True Commerce, Commerce Hub is a must
b. Experience in one of Amazon vendor central and/or Walmart Retail Link is a huge plus
2. Import/Logistic Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling inbound inventory, for coordinating custom clearance and delivery of containers to our warehouse.
a. Experience in arrange shipment from overseas to US, pick up goods from port and arrange any special arrangements with carriers
b. Knowledge of import and export and ability to clear customs, pick-ups and follow up on suppliers (working with customs broker and local trucking companies)
3. Merchandiser/Planner
The successful candidate will be supporting our procurement and import team to manage and operate our supply chain at its optimal level by managing and planning our inventory purchases
a. Experience in manufacturing preferably travel goods and luggage industry
b. Experience in supply chain management
4. Amazon Vendor Central Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring account health and performance, managing feedback, optimizing product listings, and assisting with inventory management and promotional strategies
a. Experience in Amazon Vendor Central in every aspect
b. Experience in EDI is a huge plus
5. Graphic/ Product/ Fashion Designer (Luggage experience is a plus)
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing point of sale materials, digital content for web, social media, ads, etc. and doing color corrections and touch-ups on the product photos.
a. Experience in luggage, duffel, backpack (travel ware) design is a plus
b. Experience in fashion
c. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a must
6. Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager
The successful candidate will work with CFO to ensure accurate and timely monthly closing while performing AR/AP/GL.
a. Hands on experience in AR/AP/GL
b. Familiar with ERP systems, SAGE 300 experience is a plus
All positions require an intermediate level of proficiency of Excel and Outlook and good communication skills.

Salary Range: 45K -90K
