THE POSITION: Customer Service Representative
• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Check outgoing orders.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships by providing excellent customer service to all inquiries and
customer contacts via phone and/or email.
• Handle internal and external customer service calls including order entry, processing adjustments, shipping
requests, tracking orders, inputting new accounts, and completing required paperwork.
• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Good working knowledge of excel.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
